When Walter Stratford goes out of town; Bianca throws a party behind Kat’s back. During the party, Patrick comes and apologizes, but Kat will not accept and he leaves, leaving a heartbroken Kat. Bianca believes the party will help make her legendary, and after she gets fed up with people thinking she is perfect, Kat decides to let loose after the sisters fight many times, she gets drunk and starts doing thing she’ll regret (i.e. texting + calling Patrick, singing karoke, and talking to cheerleaders about butts). Bianca becomes depressed after the party goes wild, and tries to end the party, and the partygoers do not listen to her. Cameron confesses his love for Bianca, who tells him that she doesn’t feel the same way. Joey comforts her, also sad after getting in a fight with Chasity, and the two make up a story about a highly contagious disease which gets them all to leave. When Bianca gets asked to Padua High’s Fall Fling by Beau Bradley, the captain of the soccer team, she sets out to convince Patrick to take Kat to the dance since their father has prohibited Bianca from dating until Kat does.
